My partner just bought this pair of Grosby Wind Sneakers, so here’s a review for it. We ordered on Tuesday, and this arrived the next day (yes, Lazada was the vendor)!
The Design
Well what can I say. I’ll let the pictures do the talking.
Not the best picture quality, I know~ But you’d get the gist of the design. Right? Right? Right?
The Quality
Partner said it felt really sturdy, almost to a fault. We got it on Thursday, and when he first wore it, his right foot felt caved in; the shoe was too tight, but only for his right foot. But, when he wore it again on Saturday, the pair already felt right.
The Price
We got Grosby Wind Sneakers from Lazada at PhP1,275 (around $28) with PhP250 discount (since we bought two items, this pair got PhP110 of the discount). So that’s just PhP1,165 in total (about $26)!
This pair is also available from Zalora for a higher price of PhP1699.75.
But from Lazada, this pair’s original price was PhP1700, they just slashed it off to PhP1,275~ #salesAreTrue
Plus, this pair even came with extra white shoelaces! Sweet!
The Verdict
Trying to save up for new kicks without sacrificing quality? I’d say give Grosby a go! And may I suggest buying from Lazada? Nothing beats next day delivery!… unless some other vendor does same day delivery… unless you bought the 4-5 days crap they give you, so you scheduled the 4th/5th day on your payday, but it arrives waaaaaaaaay earlier, and you’re supposed to be impressed but you don’t have money yet, SOYOU’REFU–
